Edited the images, cut them down in size and made the background transparent. Should fit ok with what you've put in, although they aren't as crisp. Don't have an active photoshop program, having to use Paint.

It works fine with .png, but I'll change it for the sake of consistency.

You did everything good except for a single error in the Lost Lands page.
There you have a second underline which comes across the page from under the "Background" header and it was showing under the sidebar (table) because the background of cells was transparent. I've made the bg to be filled with white and now the line is "under" the table.

Cool things.

Finished all of the Heroes, aside from the Scion Councilors. Also changed the Hero Section for the Scions to read Heroes, and listed each leader with their respective Hero(es).

I've just categorised a few bits and pieces - if you look at the bottom of the page for one of the Civs for example, you'll see Category:Civs. This takes you to an A-Z list of anything categorised as a civ.

I've added categories to existing Heroes, Leaders, and Traits too - although these don't work too well because the pages have been set-up as

Hero:****** or Leader:****** - which means all Heroes appear as one list under H rather than Mother appearing under M. Having said that they are still sorted alphabetically

I find the categories are a good means to help navigate around the site without referring back to the main page

Might I reccomend that in addition to category tags you do some kind of a "meny bar" for quick navigation? Along the lines of the ones used here (formatting should be roughly the same)

The Mazatl UBs are getting wrapped. Darn those long temple names.

Should we increase the wideth of the sidebar again? Or maybe just for the mazatl? I'm thinking a standard width sidebar for all isn't going to work.

I moved all the Heroes to new pages, without the Hero: tag. Figure there are few enough of them that it shouldn't cause an issue. With the Leaders, use [[Category:Leaders|Absaroke]] rather than [[Category:Leaders]], and it will sort it under the leaders name. Still shows Leader:Absaroke, but at least it's under A....

Edit: Honestly, I'd leave the width of the sidebar alone. It's already wrapped for most of the Heroes as well.

Sorry, let me clarify. The wild animals needed HN so that they would not be friendly to the Clan, Doviello, or any other civ with the Barbarian trait. With animals forming their own civilization now, there is no need as the Barbarian trait only grants peace with the Orcish barbarians. Captured animals only had HN because the wild animals have it.

No more harrassing neighboring civs with my animals. I figured I'd just store them in my cities until I got carnivals. That turned out to be a good idea--- in FF the game doesn't send barbarians at your cities, it sends SODs of barbarians!! 4-5 at a time. Required a huge strategy shift. It was a good thing I had a bunch of lions and wolves to sacrifice buying time while my other defenders shifted around.

These are the kind of changes that should be summarized and put in the front of any manual

We'll need some way of easily categorizing heroes.

There are even less civs, than heroes, but you don't apply the same rule to those.

Is there no way to disable the automatic grouping for the Categories? Barring that, you could reverse the order of your naming system:


ie:

Loki:HERO|Loki

Balseraphs:CIVILIZATION|Balseraphs

On the Scions page, the Risen Emperor's traits are showing as Spiritual/Raiders. I can't remember exactly what they are, but I Know that's not right.

did someone perhaps copy the traits over from chislev?


Also, I believe we need an extra category in the sidebar. Call it "Unique Concepts" or somesuch.

For the Archos, a page about Spiders should go in there
For chislev, something about tribal councils and the tribal law civic.
For Scions, pages for "Haunted Lands", "Awakened Spawning", "Dark Council" etc, are needed.

Ah, it's me. I forgot to change their traits, I'll fix t .

Remember, Sidebar width is 280! Reduce all image widths to this.
Hero image should be 280x320 for consistency.

Whoever changed Hero:Name to Name PLEASE return the original way, EVERYTHING is categorized Type:Name so for consistency heroes shouldn't be an exception. Redo it please to Hero:Name.

A BIG request for everyone: Don't break things unless you have something to add. You will just give more work for others to turn it back.

OK I see how it works, if you don't have the original page to be Name but Hero:Name, then it's messed up in Hero catalogue.

Then we do it this way:
The pages are named normally, so just Name.
The Links to the pages from civs. etc. however are named Hero:Name for consistency. Just make a redirect.

Same thing for Leaders and other things.

I've shrinked all images to 280 width to fit into the sidebar.

The Austrin are missing a few UUs, recurve Archer and Windsword. Possibly others.

The entry for Miquiztli seems odd. I don't know of a spell called summon phantasm, and Stoneskin is a lv2, not lv3 spell. I think the pedia entry you copied that from might have been outdated. Please check with ingame version for factual errors.

I am sure anything quite complex like concepts should go into the main page. The sidebar is for general info.
