I maybe shall take a story time:

We are all gmt +1, but there is a player with gmt -5, and this must be the last....

Since not everyone plays at the same time it doesn't really matter in what order different time zones take turns. If a GMT+1 plays in the early evening, but a GMT-5 at lunch time it's pretty much the same time.
Of course assuming everyone takes turns in the evening the GMT-5 player can take his turn at the end since the others should/will be sleeping.

You will recive a mail from the guy before you whith a save game and you play the turn and send it to the next guy...

And no, still didn't get it and have to go to work soon, so I can't take my turn until ~7pm.

Still didn't recieve the save game. Even checked spam folder. Makes me sad!

Well that doesn't sound like a problem, more like a correct description when one checks that option...
Try deleting/renaming your CustomAssests folder (under my documents/my games/civ4) - I'd imagine that you put something there at some point (although I thought that this option would simply ignore any modifications in there...).

We do play FfH2 0.21f, right?

still not here, and it's already more than 48h into the game. Not a good sign for a first Pbem. Hope it gets better!

Yeha, played and sent on to finish turn #1!

(Sadly I couldn't send the save from inside Civ, because I got an authentication error every time - after I just created a new mail account for that... but oh well, if anyone knows of a workaround/bug it'd be great to share your wisdom with me )
