Yeah....... Is it Ok whith evryone, but i cant be admin anymore, since i'm going to be gone most of the summer.... So one of you guys who have acces to civ the whole summer can you get it?

How would you be able to play being gone most summer? We wouldn't be able to continue with our turns...
What's special about initiating the game except for picking the start and entering player information? I could do that, but I wouldn't want to restart if it took the same amount of time for a single turn as of yet...
Patching versions with letters (.22a -> .22b) doesn't disturb the saves, so we can play with .22 until the end (at least I don't think a new version will come out before Beyond the Sword, and at that point I guess Fire's developement is stopped and Shadow released).

I wouldn't restart, and I don't really think it is a good idea:
1- no real reason, 0.21f is quite stable. A game like this lasts at least one year if we don't give up, are we going to restart at every new minor version ?
2- 0.22a is unstable and not yet bug free
3- there aren't significant changes, and actually I think those new changes are in need heavy balance tuning for now.

Well, but i can't play 0.21 anymore...
Why couldn't you? Even IF you uninstalled it (what quite frankly would be pretty... you know what - considering that you know how pbem works, how patches work, and that I wrote a post about exactly this!) you could reinstall it.
If you want to give up the game then say so, but I don't think that I would play like this again. Just not worth all the waiting if there's no chance to proceed into the game...
