I didn't include a whole lot of Sidar changes in the version I released. Their palace does not act like Nox Noctis, for example. I wouldn't consider them a top tier civ, given the improvements the other got.
Lets see, I did include:
Changing their Enchantment to Dimensional mana (They lack the respect for their own souls to embody Nantosuelta, and tend to be obsessive over certain things, which fits with Ceridwen. Also, Dimensional is possibly the most overpowered sphere in this version. Dimensional II may be the best spell as far as Shades are concerned, as it allows you to give all your summons' xp to the caster. Escape is always nice too, as is the ability to create a portal to any tile on the map. Combat 1-3 summon perks are nice too. You could probably get more use of the sphere as the Sheaim or Infernals though.)
Changing the Sever spell to work through a promotion, so upgraded Divided Souls can still use it.
Adding an Elder council UB that adds GPP for Shades.
Letting the Netherblade kill Auric Ascended.
I forget whether I changed their worldspell to give out Stealth instead of a one time Hidden promotion.
