Final Fixes Reborn

it is cumulative, yes

for scorched earth, the razing cities is a negative effect, it fits right in his theme, and you get quite good units to compensate. (i'm thinking of giving him some kind of bonus when razing too)

Today Acheron assaulted my city. He was leashed.
As far as I remember he was held in his hoard, I'm wondering if it's new feature in AoE or it's just bug.
I believe, in multiplayer games it is huge tempo loss for such a player.

I think i've seen Acheron able to move like 4 to 5 tile from his city before but i'm not really sure. But i do remembered his leash range were really smaller in vanilla/FF/RIFE

Oh and that clear things up about the effect on levelable traits being stackable or not. Maybe you could add a little description in the civilopedia to confirmed and prevent further confusion?

In FFH2 Acheron could not leave his city. Don't remember when that changed. Him moving around makes approaching the city more dangerous. Which is a good thing.

Not sure that the stronger units Hafgan gets entirely compensate for the negative effects of auto-razing conquered cities, but might be fun to play him every now and then, a completely different playing style.

For Acheron, I remember that in base FfH2 he had a Movement of 0, which is why he stayed in his city. On the occasions when I was able to capture him (weakening him with attacks from low-level units then attacking with a highly promoted Beastmaster with the Subdue Beasts promotion), he usually gained XP during the attack and I had to remember in leveling him up to give him the Mobility I promotion so he would now have a Movement of 1 so he could move around.

When using "Incite Fervor" with discipline units you can cause city to drop to negative population. And if the negative population drops to -(2^8) (-256) which is the population limit the game save becomes unplayable forever.

Quick question, should I use the SVN version or the latest stable one? cuz the latest stable one gives me no UI in game :/

try starting a play now game in case there's been an issue with an hidden option. Be sure you have the 3.19 patch ( the original release unsupported beta if you're on steam version). if it still doesn't work, come back here and we'll try to figure it out.

This is very weird, I have the 3.19 patch, I have the complete edition of the game. Not from steam.
I can access the mod chooser menu from the main menu, I cannot open the option menu from the main menu.
I can launch a game but no UI is seen. I can however load save files but and save them.
I can also not open the world builder :c

It is pretty straight forward, you click on options under advanced in the main menu and it does not open. Does work in the base game tho. Can't open the civopedia either. Can open it in the base game.

Tried a fresh install, sadly nothing changed :C

here is a screenshot of my mod folder setup compared next to the file I downloaded from here

Do you have Windows 10 Lurtze? If you have I can't help but W7 and especially W8 is missing a lot of DLL's that Civ IV uses. So you could try compatibility mode or download Vista DLL's

that shouldn't matter if the main game is working and only the mod is causing issue. Can you show me a screenshot of the main screen once the mod is loaded ? ( also have you tried to load the mod directly through the shortcut provided in the folder?)

Actually it matters, when I was using W8 I couldn't play FFH2 due to missing DLL's but the BTS solely worked just fine
