I have uploaded a new XP WORLD MOD THAT CAN BE RUN AS A SENARIO and its all in a BIC FILE. When you start it, it gives you the changes it the read me before you start the game.

The New Attachment Should be Version 1.06!

Its really fun and Ive been play testing it alot!


Ive Now updated to Version 1.06 and have done bit/lot more tweaking to everything(Mostly happeness/Buliding Def/Bombardment!!!) Some Tech changes and Improvements.
Also changed some more resources and tiles propertys and changed back some others.!!!!

V1.05 Is not tested and should work!!! Does anyone know how to change colors without game crashing???


Ive Add alot to V1.05 and jumped 1.04. Ive updated the Civapedia and Credits and Version file. When Unzipping file the XPWORLD1.05 ZIPFILE make sure you put the XPWORLD.BIC in SENARIOS FOLDER and the other 3 files in the TEXT FOLDER.

Civapedia is 95% Updated and accurate. V1.06 Will be more complete and more cool stuff added like grahpics and other neat stuff. V1.06 won't be out for a bit or unless needed sooner.(Ive changed alot!!!)

JUST UPDATED TO 1.06 sorry!!!


Added and redid alot of Ships and Moble Units and Modern War units and all air units redone.(Lots more changed!!!)

No new graphics or units added yet. Game balanced better and early growth slower and alot more fun!!!

Does anyone know how to change nation colors without the game crashing??? I haven't looked into it that much yet!!!

Try downloading the new version on the first Post 1.03 It should work Great and Readme when loading Senario will give you a general update on game changes. (Too Many to LIST!!!)

Ive added V1.05 and 1 Thing I didn't mention was that I changed alot of the starting Technologys that the different races start with. That part of the Civapedia isn't updated, but it shows you the changes when picking your race.

Ive updated to 1.06 and this update really just changed alot of units. For example, more units airlifted and all air units redone and ships and tactical weapons redone. Play it and have fun. You can down load the game mod from above in the 1st post!!!

Can I please get some feedback???

The Version 1.06 works great except for the fact I can't build hidden Palace...AHHH!!! Its too buggy to mod this game!!

What exactly does your mod do? i usually don't DL mods until i know what they do, ya know?
 
Im rewriting it and when you download the new one it will tell you as you pick it as a senerio , so it won't screw your civ3 folder up..ok!

This is Version 1.0 of XPWORLD MOD.

PS. Had tons of fun testing and I really..so far like the patch!

Changes to CIV3 as follows...Put MOD in scenario folder and it will load as scenario and won't change your original game.

Starting Civs are farther apart and takes long to meet and empires grow slower do to settler changes.

Iran and Iraq and Israel added to game and Babylon,Zulu,Persia removed from game.

All civs more balanced and game is alot more fun to play.

Lots of unit changes;

Alot of units that couldn't have airlifts can now.
More units have zone of control that should have had it before.
Stealth Fighters can intercept now and have defence.

Settlers now cost 60 shields and 2 pop(Game much more fun!!!)
Some technologies are bringing units faster.
Explorers come now with defence 1 and comes with (Monotheism Tech)
War Elephants need horses now(LOL..Pretent they are elephants..for proper stratigic purposes!!!)
Samurai's and WarElephnats come with the (Polythlism Tech)
Privateers comes with the (Metallurgy Tech)
(IMPERIALISTIC GOV comes with (Military Traditions Tech)

Lots more changes and too many to list.....Have Fun!!!

I will not update XP MOD any more and Im writing a new mod from scratch. XPWORLD was a experiment and anyone who has played it and enjoyed it...GREAT!! Smile!

1 thing to remember if you have elephants on plains they are at max and building a mine there won't give you anymore shields.


Maybe Gov penalty??

no, not at all comprehensive.. i think.. how do you change the building bombardment defense? exactly how? i don't think the editor can do that right at this moment.. hacked editor?
