You know what - I liked being a Phalanx better than being an Archer - the Phalanx is way cooler.
The archer dosen't have any cool graphic and he's just a wuss - but if the next thing is the knight then it's hard to find a better unit.

I'm not sure I agree. In real life, given the choice of a 20kg draw recurve bow at 30 metres and a quiver full of arrows, or a spear at 30 metres, I'll choose the bow and arrows every time! My arrows leave the bow at 200kph

I like the idea of being allowed to choose a unit type when you reach a certain amount of posts. Posting posts becomes a lot more rewarding this way. Moreover: Apolyton doesn't have this nice touch
