Fine tuning commerce percentages

Figured out how to adjust the various commerce percentages in smaller increments (research/gold/lux). The file is GlobalDefines.xml.

<DefineName>COMMERCE_PERCENT_CHANGE_INCREMENTS</DefineName>
<iDefineIntVal>1</iDefineIntVal>

Default, of course, in ten percent increments. I changed it to one percent for a bit more control.
 
Thanks for showing this. I hadn't even thought about it before, but now that you mention it, I like the idea of smaller increments

I played with this in my mod over the weekend, and it makes micro-managing your science spending much much MUCH more efficient. E.g. you can tweak your spending so a few turns you are cranking in 10-15x the gold just so you dont waste it all on that last 2 points your off...very very handy :)
