Fixed RAR techboxes

Hi everybody!

If you have a populous tech-tree techboxes from Rise and Rule mod will come handy as they are much smaller. However, they contain a few glitches which makes the text harder to read and certain images stretches over the boxes. I fixed these glitches and also slightly enlarge the boxes. I don't know who the original author was, but as I think this is the smallest ever graphics update I hope he/she don't mind

Say, you guys are playing RAR still? SO you wouldn't happen to know where I can get the "world war II" and "medieval japan" animation files? It says in the RAR thread that I need them but the link is dead. And the "extras patch" is also dead. Know where I can' get these files?

They have been on your computer all along

In Ptw they added some extras including flc-s of a bunch of medieval japanese and world wor II units and more. They can be found in the Civilization3/civ3PTW/Extras folder. They are flc-s only, but you can browse the standard Conquests unit32.pcx for the unit32 image (they ARE there eventually) and the Conquests/Art/Civilopedia/Icons/Units folder for the civilopedia images. If you can't find the unit32 icon among the hundreds, open up the sengoku or pacific conquests in editor and look for the icon number of the special units - like light tank or siege crossbow etc. Then just simply map it out (it is zero based) in the unit32.pcx.

However some of the units have never made it to these conquests so they have only flc-s. I am not certain, but I think there were attempts of this community to create the PCX-s for these units too. You may try search in the units sub-forum.
