Imagine if the media didn't report on his church's every action. Maybe he would quit protesting because he wasn't getting the attention he wanted? The media may not have created the monster, but they certainly gave him strength.

In a way I feel sad for him. What happened in his life to make him who he ended up becoming? I suppose we'll never truly know.

As much as I'd like to mock him in death, he was so awful a person it just seems pointless. Unfortunately the thing he created is still shambling about. Barring a smartly-aimed asteroid strike, his wretched family are still out and will doubtless continue their usual hate-baiting.
