What specificially happens?

At the time i was getting "Internal Server Error" popups

I can't access the forums on my Brazilian IP address (Error 403), but can when connected thru a US VPN (or other country's). Is this intentional?

No, there are many members from Brazil that can access the forums from Brazilian ip's.
Are you using a vpn? At times, even in the US, my vpn interferes with my ability to access the forums. I have to change locations.

I wasn't, but you're right, I can access using a VPN with a BR IP address. It seems the problem is my personal IP or ISP instead.
I immediately thought it could be something with the site country-blocking b/c some botnet attack or wtv, so never tried using another BR IP before posting.

Same for me, the forum only opens with a VPN
