^Probably went as payment for that start you cheated for yourself, but maybe that's just how I see it.

A not-so-funny starting location.

I worldbuilder my starts in FFH2 all the time, but in fairness, I worldbuilder the whole map, not just my start. Others had really good starting spots too, believe me.

At least no barbarians to worry about. . Oh, and start to learn how to travel the seas.

Doesn't look this familiar? Well except they don't revolt much. It seems my policy only food for the most loyal worked. And before you drag me for some tribunal, I had no choice. My neighbours don't allow me to harvest the lands :king:

I could pull it off.

I played that map for a bit, it was certainly do-able, though an awfully painful start. The biggest benefit was the nature of the land, a kind of snaky continent with numerous choke points available. Decent enough land and resources while highly defensible.

Do you have the save?

You sound a tad mad.

can you move your warrior to reveal some more map and repost - then we can give you more comments re where to settle.

The warrior is on the same square as the settler; and even if it wasn't, there's no choice where to settle, is there?

Um, really? You didn't perhaps detect even the tiniest bit of sarcasm/joke in Ruff's post? Man, people need to start paying attention to the title of this thread.
