Nope. Corporal Carrot is the human who thinks he's a dwarf, and is a member of the Watch.
I have read that novel like three times man
The amazing (yet completely unpredictable) stuff is that Carrot volounteered .... well he was a dwarf after all 
I ruled ze world, or what was left of it at least....
