I'm not sure how promoted that warrior was, all I know was that there was a Barbarian city there for many hundreds of years, I'm not sure exactly how long, but at least half the game. The reason I hadnt done anything was that I only had a city there which I took from the Mongols in a peace treaty, before killing them when it expired.
As for te turn log, I had a look, but the only save I found from that game was three turns before the combat, sorry :(

Poor thing

Kaytie - you should consider upgrading your version of BUG ... it has moved on quite a lot since the version you are running :D.

and when you say 'Toku' you mean 'I', right?
No she doesn't. That screenshot was from an 'investigate city' spy option. You can tell because she cannot play around with the specialists (hire scientist even though city has library) and the hammer / bread / gold icons are slightly smaller than normal.

See my 'reason for editing' notice. ;)

For some reason I typed it in the editing bar rather than in the text itself but I cannot be arsed to change it again. :)

How the hell does Toku have only 1 net  if he has 14 :) and 17 ?!

oh that is an easy question ... the city is only size 1 so no one else can be angry.

I know someone would bring that up :D

I had one crappy game and starting position. Luckly I killed the native americans on my island very quickly.

Then I was planning to attack the germans and Korea, but I needed astronomy *sigh*. So I had to wait with a crappy tech island and I couldn't be arsed to manage my workers myself because I get bored of that after a while. I was about to start a new game but then I finnally reached astromy. So I was looking for weak civilizations. I killed ragnar (but Portugal cultur flipped my city's).

Then by the apostolic decision I was at war with ghenghis khan. I won the war and let him by me vazal as he's a good war tactitian. Now I started to attack portugal. I won 2 city's and made peace so I could expand my army more. I'm about to attack again.

I'm still wondering how far I can reach. After Portugal I will attack the germans and Korea.

Maybe you can get more info about my save game:

(soz if I'm too excited :p but it's really a weird game)

*edit* the game ended :( Egypt won a cultural victory while I was conquering portugal.

Why the hell do you have those cities in the far north?

That said, wow, a city surrounded by rivers.
