Hmmm, fair enough, but somebody better tell Zara that his Forbidden Palace denial strategy has a flaw in it.
Personally I like it when an off-continent AI build Versailles... gives me a target to aim at.

^If I attack another continent to capture, I usually have a big empire, thus I will pursue State Property. Versailles is useless when you're in State Property.
