And if we had open borders, my little fellows would be on the way to cause mayhem somewhere else, and as they pass through your city, "Homeland Security" stops everyone and scrutinizes their paperwork because they might be members of the IRA.

I delayed building the Pyramids because 1) I wasnt building a GE farm and 2) Because I wanted to know how long in this Prince game they would delay building it. Since I had a pretty stable ecomony, I decided to finally build it, but it wasnt as late as 1992!

It's the Earth 34 map, running the 40 civs mod.

Any 99,9% chance of victory that turns out a defeat sucks. BTW, are you positive that the combat mechanics change level to level. I mean, do the AIs get bonuses when fighting? I don't think the bonuses go there.
