Also, isn't it a bit clean? Can you maybe make it a bit rougher looking. Also, the scale seems a bit big, what is it at in the screenshot?

I just started with Blender, and I didn't find the polycount jet

True, I will make a better skin. I used scale 2.5 to make sure that the building is visible.

Making sure it's visible is a good idea. My models always have to be set way back it seems.

Theirs one major problem with this gallows, the condemed only drops about a 6 inches (so I guess your just strangling them rather then snapping their necks), a real gallows has its platform 7 feet or more off the ground and has a trap door.

How about some stakes to burn wiches at, a geateen for us revelutionaires to chop off the heads of stuck up french nobles, or some crosses to crucify disobedent roman slaves. Could have a whole Executioners' Dream Pack.

High gallow with trap door are released. I used scale 1.5 for that screenshot
