Game CTD at 300 AD every time

Hi,

I'm getting a really annoying problem with any Civ4 game I play. I have tried scinerios, custom games, and quick games, all with different map sizes. I tried 5 games, and every game CTDs with out an error message everytime I end my turn at 300 AD. The game runs flawlessly other than this CTD.

I am using the 1.61 patch without any mods or the expansion. I have tried reinstalling, updating all of my drivers, and editing the _Civ4Config file.

err.. sorry bout posting in the other thread. i have exactly the same problem as you, and tried everything you've tried.
still trying to google a solution..
