Perfection is your enemy when it comes to unit making, its improvement that you want, not perfection. Perfection is impossible to achieve, while improvement is a worthwhile goal. The question is do YOU think the death needs improvement?

Well, now that a number of people have mentioned it I think the death could use some improvement. I'll need to play around with Poser some to see if I can get a more natural looking death.

I'm still designing units. That's the fun part. I'll take the opportunity on my next unit to revamp the death some. It's easier for me to start fresh than it is to take a unit I'm already 90% done with and redo something.

Making the module is always the best part...rendering...thats the boring part...always...lol

WW II Infantry of Thailand

Trying to get a figure that looks like this guy using Michael 3.

This is what I have so far. Couldn't find a helmet to match it other than to distort a british kettle helmet.

I've created the Default and Fortify poses. I need to make the rest of the poses and then animate and create FLCs. I had a couple things on the side to take care of.

I know rendering takes so much time.......I have so many animations left to render for my horseman...

Hi Sword of Geddon, I've been pretty busy lately so I'm pretty much where I left off before. I hope to have some more time soon. Right now I've been pretty engrossed in a project for an organizaion I've been volunteering for and in my spare time am beta testing for a new game due out in a couple months.

I plan on getting back to unit making soon.

I put together a preview. It's going to take a little longer than I thought though to do the unit. I'm not happy with the death animation.
