I have not played against China for a long time but is that a Chinese palace on the upper right corner or a new palace for an Asian civ? I don't recall seeing gold topped pillars.

Edit: more like a wonder of course. Got my hopes up for hoping the leak of civs is off.

I predict that China (or specifically Qin Shi Huang)'s new expansion-related ability has something to do with the damming/redirecting of rivers, as a nod to the ancient Dujiangyan irrigation system, constructed during the Qin Dynasty. The Min River would previously crash down the mountains and slow down abruptly, making the surrounding area extremely prone to flooding, and rather than damming the river, the Chinese decided to redirect it to irrigate other areas. That would work perfectly with this expansion and its new features.

Perhaps China gains the ability to redirect rivers, or gain some sort of bonuses for the land fertility thing related to rivers that was shown, or some other way to turn a flood into something more positive.

I bought civ 6/Rise and Fall some time ago and until very recently failed to get engaged with the game. I started to wonder: "now that I'm playing like crazy, I bet they'll add a new expansion and I won't be able to play anymore in anticipation".

And I was right.

In the site says there will be 8 new civs, 9 new leaders and 9 new UUs. So, Eleanor will have her own UU.

Also, very nice to see some references to Beyond Earth! I really loved that game and I'm happy to see they are trying to reutilize some of its features (favors). Hopefully, it will be better implemented.

Not necessarily. ONE of the new leaders has a UU. We don't know which one.

Honestly, I kinda expect the Ottomans? The Xebec was leaked + Janissaries makes the most sense.
