The file you gave me before works, but few of the civilization traits are missing in gameplay. Mother Russia and The Founding Fathers are for some reason inactive.

You can uncomment it or removed the two "--" so that it can be enable. i disable it because i dont use it

Hi gelodgreat, First can i say thanks for your work and posting this up for us....
I have just tried this today and had to troubleshoot to find out what was causing it to not start a game, it just went back to the main menu when creating a new game. Found it to be a conflict with another mod i had on and just wanted to post it here to let people know.

Incompatible MOD - 'Quo's Fewer AI Tantrums'

Now that that is sorted i can try to have a go of this great looking mod

The newest update has the loop bug again. I tried deleting mod-->start&quit game-->reinstall mod--> start game, but its still does not work.

did u try it twice? did u have the necessary mods? can u share your modding log and database log. this mod need all moar mods
