Generic Host Process?

I have ZoneAlarm Pro and I have log events on. Every day Generic Host Process for Win32 Services tries to contact some computer but is blocked. Here's the information:

Rating: Medium
Date/Time: (Every day, twice a day)
Type: Firewall
Protocol: UDP
Program: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services
Source IP: 192.168.1.1:1029
Destination IP: 4.2.2.64:53
Direction: Outgoing
Action Taken: Blocked

What is Generic Host Process, why is it trying to contact 4.2.2.64, and should I let it connect?

there you can analyze the packet, maybe there's some useful information in it that helps you find the reason for the process
