British financial ministers are puzzled. France claims to have sent us their payment, yet we have not seen any of it. (I double checked save games, and my funds stayed exactly the same after Frances move as they were before.) We wish to know what is the problem?

France is also kindly requested to remove the infantry division currently infringing upon my territory. The division is out of the range of Madrid but within the range of Lisbon.

In additional news Cadiz has been secured.

Thats weird, i'm sure i sent the money. There is no deficit in the budget to explain the lack of increase in the treasury?

After reloading the two saves, i have to agree with Voltar;

The new reformes seems to have a positive effect on the French economy. The treasury can now sustain the payments to Britain without running in deficit.
