in the case you didn't know, The Overlord has been caught cheating, and he was a d/l of Imperial Markus, who also cheated.
I don't know if he affected your game, you need to check that.

He had trouble handling unhappiness, so he managed to hold his cities out of disorder, even though, they had like 10 red faces.
He also lowered the shield-cost of units, so he could rush-buy more cheaply, and he cheated on combat-results...
