Now, the question is, what is worse, a 50 year old sexual predator having sex with a 15 year old that he met on the internet.. or a 17 year old receiving fellatio from his 15 year old girlfriend at a party? I'm not quite sure about our laws or the laws of Georgia.

I personally think it is wrong that this man's life is pretty much ruined - 10 years out at 17 is well the worst time - for what is a relatively minor offense. It is all well and good saying the law is the law, but sometimes laws are just wrong. Hopefully this will be challenged more seriously in court before another young man has his life ruined.

Only way I think this could actually make sense would be that the video shows girl being so drunk that she couldn't take care of herself. Then we could maybe actually think of rape but since jury decided she wasn't raped, it could be concluded that this wasn't the case. Pedophilia accusation for 17 year old is rather idiotic since he isn't even adult himself. If the victim would be much younger we might had case, but 15 year old? Some people aren't absolutely not aware what teenagers in that age nowadays do.

15 year old girl should know how to say no. If she doesn't, someone should teach her to do so. At least that way she won't put few years, months or days older guys into prison as pedophiles.

Mobboss don't take this wrong or as a personal hit but chances are unless your teenage daughters are really fat and really ugly (and even then they'll do it for attention) they are sexualy active. I know you'll say they aren't and how pure they are and what not but odds are they are sexualy active to a degree more then just kissing and holding hands. Most girls now a days wont have vaginal sex but will partake in oral sex.

If a guy has relations with your daughters and they give consent are you telling me your daughters don't know what they're doing?

I would not for the record criminalize it if the girl was above 12. However i would view it as wrong for a man that age to do that with her.
