Goes black then CTD, tried fixes, updates see info...

OK, same problem as others are experiencing. My specs and DXDiag info are in the spoiler tag. (very long). Run the game, goes through video sequences and then goes black and crashes to desktop.

Have tried the fixes that include skipping the intro vids, same issue, launches and then goes black and then crash to desktop.

Have tried windowed mode, deleting db files, maximized, etc. Latest drivers for 9600GT, Latest patches for windows, DX, etc, etc...

Please help.
