Hmmmm... so tell me Russia - does this mean the CU will become a real part f the federation? We're worried about becoming a cash cow. We refuse the treaty, we do not and will never recognize Nigeria as an Independent Sovreing nation.
However the African Federation might be willing to grant Nigeria the status of "area of special sovereignty", this would allow Nigeria to independetly control everything except Armed Forces (National Guard and Gendarmerie will be allowed) and foreign affairs (independent Diplomatic representation will be allowed as long as it does not go against the policies of the AF)

I have tried to prevent conflict but it seems that you have only one goal and that is the subjugation of the Nigerian people. I want to avoid any war at all costs but it seem that the African Federation still retains its war-like and aggressive nature.
If only your people realised the foolishness of their Government in believing that it still has the resources to control an entire continent. We have no fear of you and we know that whatever happens the only loser will be you in the long-run. Nigeria is as low asit can go and if you continue your aggressive and imperial ways then South Africa will soon follow us.

To have peace the following shall occur:
- Greece shall allow for the island of cyprus to be returned to its turkish homeland.
- In return the UIS shall give Greece 4 economic points, or 2 economic levels, up to you.
- The UIS pledges that the island of Cyprus shall remain demilitarised.
