To United Islamic Empire
From India

We will not halve our WMD's instead we call upon YOU to dismantle your WMD first before we will consider taking any such action. In additon to that we want your government to give up any claims on our land it has and we will do the same.
Also we want to make sure you will take all actions to prevent terroist attacks by fundamentalist elemnts of your nation.

You do relaise this was the treaty we proposed a year ago bascially.

The Russian Federation suggests that the UIS diplomats study the definitions of leagal words before they use them, it might make them seem less foolish. Persona Non Grata is a term that applies only to persons protected under the diplomatic immunity, and your statements make less and less sence by the days.

Russian Federation will remove its diplomatic personell and both military bases that have been set up under an agreement with the UIS. Any personell in specific countries and the military base in Kurdistan that have been set up under an agreement with Kurdistan will be removed upon a request by Kurdistan, and not the UIS.

Russia further re-itirates that unlike certain dictatorships in this world the Russian Federation does not exersise totalitarian control over its citizens, and therefore cannot order them to move anywhere. We have already issued a warning that the rights of Russian citizens in the UIS may be violated, and so we suggest all Russian citizens leave the UIS. We must however reitirate that we will protect the rights of our citizens by whatever means are necessary.

The Russian Federation officially issues a warning to all foreign nationals that their presence in the UIS could be dangerous, and that the Russian Federation apologises in advance for any actions that may be taken that will harm any foreign nationals in the UIS, or the interests of foreign nationals. The Russian Federation advises, for the purposes of safety, for all foreign nationals to leave the UIS.

On television the president for life Josip Broz Tito had decided to hold a speech to the nation...

Hello drugovi i drugarice of Yugoslavia.Recently I have recieved reports of a democratic party forming and that many of you have been drawn by the "dark side" errr government type called democracy, but has communism been so bad for Yugoslavia? We have managed to triple our economy, double our industry and raise education to a new level. We have made a lot of democratic reforms lately and our nation has prospered because of it and the people are happy. But do you think democracy is all good? With democracy free healthcare and education is gone. The Worker`s Paradise is no longer there, hardworking people are oppressed and work many hours for little money. Then you ask "Hey,if democracy is evil, what about these reforms you made?".Here is the answer,in their purest form niether communism or democracy are good and work 90-100%,so we have decided to take the best from both worlds. When combined the free healthcare, education, workers paradise from communism and high economic freedoms, religion, open borders and a little capitalism from democracy they will make wonders for the people of Yugoslavia. So I proclaim the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia(SFRY) and a new way of doing things: DemoSocialism.Yes that means for the first time in very long time the people of Yugoslavia will vote for their new President.I will soon retire and enjoy my few remaining years of life.Thank you and good night.

Meanwhile in Hong Kong,in the halls of a multinational corporation...

Klerikov:What`s the news with the secondary unit?
Hermann:Well, there are some technical problems so it probably wont be online for at least a year.
Klerikov: Damn, any luck in tracking the primary?
Hermann:No,but we are getting closer, soon he will be captured and after interrogation, terminated.
Klerikov:*sigh*Another 50 billion dollars down the drain.
Hermann:Yes,what a waste.I must go now to the CCMD and supervise the work on the CNT program.
*Hermann goes away and Prokor joins Klerikov as he walks down the hall*
Prokor:Here`s the Africa report you`ve requested.
Klerikov:Allways the same I see,war,famine,AIDS...
Prokor:The Yugoslav government has succesfully changed to Demosocialism, the people are happy with the upcoming elections and nobody suspects a thing.
Klerikov:Excellent, this should make our work in the region much easier.
Prokor:We still dont why are the Germans are investing so much in their military,if they go to war it can destabilize the entire region.
Klerikov:Hmm indeed,I will activate the agents in Germany.Do we have someone in west Europe?
Prokor:Yes,in fact we have several people, due to fragmented control.
Klerikov:Good and what of ISVIW action?
Prokor:The fuse has been lit and things have been set in motion.
Klerikov:And all we have to do now is wait and watch, come into my office,we have much more to discuss.
*Klerikov and Prokor enter the office and sit down to talk more as the sun sets in Hong Kong*

Somewhere in the Russian Federation the remains of the Illuminati gather to discuss their plans...

Preston:How did this happen?I mean we had presidents and premiers eating out of our hands.
Sandra:The damn commie hardliners and the trigger happy US generals with their shoot first, then shoot some more and then shoot again and if anybody is left alive ask some questions policy, that's how.
Preston:Aergh, damn the Nuclear Exchange, damn it to damnation.
Omar:Are we going to damn things or we are going to try to solve this problem?
Preston:How are we going to solve it,eh we stick our head out of the shadow to do something and they chop it to pieces.
Sandra:They are cracking down our facilities worldwide.More and more of our people are going over to their side.
Omar:We have made our own mistakes, became insulated from the world we sought to control. When the Exchange happened they quickly took over, maybe too quickly.Perhaps they started the Exchange?
Preston: Does it matter,we are screwed either way.How ironic, that I am the architect of my own destruction,I created them as branch of the Illuminati and they got away from us,eventually overpowering us...
Sandra:These are perilous times for the Illuminati,I say that we split up and go into hiding to slowly but safely rebuild our power and influence.
Omar:I agree. We also must keep communication to a minimum.
Preston:What other options we got left? Now let's plan how to do it...

Oh God... him....here....again :p

Islamic Volunteer Legion Inaugurated

Mainly thanks to the effort of many Islamic imams, who couldn’t bear to sit idle while oppression of their Islamic brothers by the hand of the Nigerian terrorists continued, the Islamic Volunteer Legion was created. Hundreds of Arab young men were recruited by their religious leaders to fight a Holy Jihad against the Nigerian rapers of Islam and liberate their Nigerian brothers or die as a holy martyr trying to.

The Legion of Islam Hails Generalissimo Shaka Zulu

A Comprehensive Interview of President Shaka Zulu (SZ) by Ray Suarez (RS)

Shaka Zulu was elected as president of the African Federation last Year; Shaka Zulu took office in a nation on the verge of economic and political collapse and cut more than in half by civil war.

The African Federation is at the center of a massive civil war called by some Africa's World War. The Northern and Central parts of the country are controlled by rebels, In the South the African Federation Controls South Africa, Namibia, and parts of Botswana.

President Shaka Zulu is 29 years old and formerly a major general (now a self appointed “Generalissimo”. He was in command of the 3rd Army when he was elected as the new president of the African Federation. As a youth, he spent much of his life in Tanzania and Uganda where he received extensive military training
.

The Interview
kabila_ray.jpg

RS: Mr. President, thank you for allowing this interview of such a short notice.

kabila1.jpg

SZ: The African Federation thanks you.

RS: If we were to step outside of this palace and talk to ordinary Africans, what could you tell them about why it's important for them to be devoted to the African Federation, in its security, in its prosperity and in its renewed existence as one state?

SZ: First of all, I'd say the African Federation was a nation, a strong nation, because it has stayed a united nation, since the last 20 years the African Federation has been spitted by civil war, causing great suffering to the African People. I don't see why the Federation of Tomorrow must remain a nation that everybody, or anybody, for that matter, should want to remain divided.

RS: So it's in the African’s interest to have a Re-united Federation?

SZ: It's in World interest to have a United African Federation. It's in the interest of the Africans to have an African Federation that's united and thus stable and strong.

RS: The rebels that are occupying Nigeria have as their goal, the ending of your government's rule from Pretoria and the Creation of an Independent state of Nigeria. You might say that after the largely failed attempt to retake Nigeria from them they have been largely successful in those goals. Will the African Federation, after the failed attempt to retake Nigeria and the Semi-Global Recognition of Nigeria abandon Nigeria? Will the African Federation Recognize Nigeria’s Independence?

SZ: Never. I don't believe that, the government of the UIS, Ivory Coast, or whatever, has got the right to decide who has to be in power in Nigeria, because the African Federation is not in a position, never is it interested in deciding who should be in power in the UIS, India, or Russia for that matter. We are a foreign sovereign state.

RS: Can your government start making moves now, even though most parts of the country that are under occupation, to improve the lives of the African People? Are you so distracted by the war, that it's very hard to worry about things like water, transportation, the telephone system?

SZ
: Well, of course, the African Federation, as you know, has had a very rough ride for the last 20 or so years. There are lots of development that we need to do, as far as transportation is concerned, hospitals, water, power, et cetera. But of course, all those sectors need resources.

RS: Would you want to remain president for several years, or do you see your time in the office as part of a transition to a more permanent government?

SZ: The most important thing that I can do for my country is to see an end to this war. Talking about my political future is not really... I don't believe that it's the time to discuss that. But the most important thing that I'd like to see happen in the African Federation is, under my presidency, is to see an end to the war. The future for me... time will tell.

RS
: But -- so would you like to begin to move the country to the next elections?

SZ: I mean, we have to move forward. But when you talk of elections, I mean, we are talking of elections in what circumstances? We've got a country under civil war. How do we go ahead with elections?

RS: Well, would the opposition be able to participate in these elections, for instance?

SZ: Of course, the opposition can participate in the elections. But when I'm talking of the occupation of most of the country, will the opposition participate in the elections where Rebels control the country? Then African dialogue will start tomorrow, the day after that, it's in preparation, then the nation will move forward to a transition with elections, democratic elections, that will be observed by the whole international community.

RS: You've mentioned that your country has had a rough ride. Certainly there have been... there are many difficult challenges ahead. Are you optimistic?

SZ: I have all the reasons to be optimistic. I believe the future is bright for the African Federation, if all the African people will take this opportunity, sit down, talk to each other. But, of course, the rebellions must end in order for the African people to do that -- in perfect harmony with each other, not being forced by any foreign power, be it Nigeria or Kenya.

RS: Are you nervous? Are you overwhelmed by the duty that's just been given to you? You are still a young man. You were not involved in the political life and now, here you are, president of the country. Is it still a shock?

SZ: It's not a shock. It's a challenge that I believe -- I'm up to that challenge. It's a challenge.

RS: Mr. President, thank you for talking to us today.

SZ: Thank you.

Ah creating the Hilter Jugend, are we?

From AF
To UIS
The African Federation hopes that the UIS will withdraw the recognition of Kenya, Nigeria (and Uganda?) too so that we might begin a new age of cooperation and prosperithy throughout the african continent.

From AF
To whoever recognized Nigeria
Now that not ONE superpower recognizes the Nigerian terrorists as a lawfull government the African Federation hopes that other nation will make the logical and smart choice of following their wisdom.

On Sovereignty

The only institution in this conflict that violated anyone's sovereignty is the UIS, and it is very clearly and bluntly violating the sovereignty of its member states. The Sovereign State of Kurdistan signed an agreement with Russia, which, by some power, the UIS wants to overturn. The UIS itself is not a state, but an institution, and thus its sovereignty is only the sovereignty of its member states, and the UIS cannot have interests apart from those of member states. Therefore, if the member states agree to something, and the UIS overturns it, it is a very clear and direct violation of the sovereignty of those states. Russia has not, and will not violate the sovereignty of any nation, but we will continue to ignore the nonsense coming from the UIS unless the UIS is willing to back it up with at least one piece of evidence.

The Democratic Republic of Nigeria

To: The African Federation
From: The Forever Independent Nigeria

What now? Your invasion has failed miserably, the will of the Nigerian people is against you. You can not take over and subjugate our people. Call us terrorists all you like, but the only real terrorists are those who would seek to oppress, torture and brutally murder. Your nation has had a long history of genocide and of using chemical and biological weapons against innocent civilians.

Nigeria will never willingly rejoin the African Federation. Our people would rather die fighting than bow before the evil and imperialistic scum that inhabits your nation.

Our people shall stand and fight to the end until we can finally be free!

To: The UIS
From: The Independent, Sovereign, Free and Democratic Republic of Nigeria

Traitors! You shall get what you deserve for your cowardly act...

To: Russia
From: Nigeria

You were prepared to talk to force back the African Federation now stand up for our freedom. Use your voice to bring other nations to recognise Nigeria as free and independent. For one day we shall be free and when that day comes we shall remember those who stood beside us in our time of need and those who abandoned us for their own selfish needs.

Yours,
President Mubarak Mustafa

Goober, I e-mailed my final orders to you.
----------------------------

The Newspapers around the Union were unanimous about one thing...
"Net growth declining. People must work harder!"

"For a roaring eighties!" ...
campaign posters were everywhere

It was election time and it an appropriate age to rebuild the smashed-up old country. For the love of God and family.

Political commercials was becoming increasingly common in the mass media. It was apparent there was but one way for the Union (of Progressive States) to go.

Splending isolation and a hardworking nose to the grindstone attitude and a devil-may-care to the trials and tribulations of the netherworld surrounding the states. The five of them would have to take care of each other and ward of dangers. The economies of Gambia and Guinea-Bissau would be rebuilt.

It was a strange eon and good tidings were coming to coasts, peninsulas and islands of the Union.

Miho Whimly had promised it to her nationorganization. There was a better future ahead of all and the Union must be the one to show that there are better things than war and hate.

Barney's had been sent to the four states. Perhaps this would do some good.
The Prime Minister had just signed off on a policy about lower taxes the more people worked. The country would breath. It would live hard!

I swear to make but all and every one of my citizens happy.

China criticizes the "Union of Progressive State's leadership" for encouraging and implementing propaganda, something which is illegal in democracies and republics.

Slip of the tongue I assure you. We meant political commercials.

We wish the best for our citizens.
