ULTIMATUM FROM THE UNITED ISLAMIC STATES TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
In light of the Russian Federations insitence to use KGB operatives in our territory to sow discord, disunity and death and destructon we demand the following from the Russian Federation.
1. Russia is to give a full an immediate apology to the United Islamic States over all operations carried out against her.
2. Russia is to pay a restitution of 5 economy levels to the United Islamic States for its 20 years worth of damage. (bargain at 1 eco level for every fourth year)
3. Russia will withdraw all military forces from the border and adhere to a 20 mile DMZ on the UIS border.
4. Russia will halve its compliment of Weapons of Mass Destruction, including no less than half of its nuclear detterrent.
5. Russia will dismantle all of its weapons in Space, after they have proven themselves to not be trusted to ensure that peaceful relations, means peaceful relations.

The only thing that was proved was that 5 of the terrorists had connections to the KGB. Russia has already issued an apology for the actions of the KGB operatives who had contacts with those 5 terrorists. Any further demands are rejected.

Due to the rejection of our just demands after the Russian Federation has been found with its operatives inside the United Islamic States illegally, the United Islamic States has issued, a full mobilisation order, is calling up its reserves and has declared that unless the Russians give a full acceptance to the UIS Ulitmatum within 24 hours a decleration of war will follow.

Declaration of the People's Republic of China
1. The People's Republic of China announces that a MPP has been signed with Russia to defend it from any assaults against it by foreign enemies.
2. Chinese troops will be sent to defend Russian Soil and only Russian soil in the case of an attack by foreign troops against Russia.
3. The PRC condemns the UIS leadereship for taking things too drastically (not sure if it's the right word) and that there is no clear evidence that the other 45 men were involved with the Russian KGB.
4. Ordered by the Senate and House and enforced by the President, an embargo is now placed upon the UIS until the UIS rescinds the mobilization order with the clear entent of attacking Russia and opening up possibly another global conflict.

Malaysia would like to announce that we are a neutral nation in this coming conflict and would like to mention that NO fighting units are allowed in the Sunda Platform - which is under the Malaysian economic zone. All nations can play soldier as they want - we cannot prevent such an occurence.
But God damn my eyes if soldiers play in my yard.

OOC: well, now I am leaving for 2 weeks as I have said before. Will be a pity to miss the update. I sent orders for this one and for the next one in case it comes before I come back. And since a few of you might decide this is a brilliant oportunity to take Russia down and since I cannot give different orders in case this country attacks or that country attacks my orders were simple: turn the attacking country into a wasteland where no one will live for another hundred years at least. So I hope you all like the NES as much as I do and wont try anything stupid. Thanks.
