Thats about how I feel Gelion.

The Russain Foreign Minister would like to arrange for a formal visit to Brazil in order to discuss closer cooperation between the two states in the fase of rising extermism, terrorism, and agression around the world.

OOC:I draw the inspiration for my stories from another source, just so you dont think this came from my mind,I`m generally a pretty uncreative person.

Versalife Corporation
Hong Kong

2140 hours

"In front of the entrance a middle aged Chinese man waited for the American guest to arrive."

Kazuki Xiaou:Ah welcome honorable mistah Zellar.
Phillip Zellar:Thank you,I was informed that a tour of the Versalife labs was available to me.
Kazuki Xiaou:Now are you sure you want the tour of the Versalife labs, because everything you see in there is a secret and some of the things you'll see might be disturbing?
Phillip:Okay I`m up for it.
Kazuki:Right, please sign these papers which forbid you discussing about everything you see in VersaLife labs.
Phillip:*sigh*okay give me a pen.
Kazuki:Good, now follow me to the elevator,a temporary pass has been issued to you.
"Phillip and Kazuki go into the elevator..."
Kazuki:Now dont bother the scientists too much, they have work to do and do not wander off anywhere without me,your pass can be cancelled anytime and the guards have authorization to use lethal force.
Phillip: Damn what you got down there thats so precious.
"The elevator door opened unveiling a huge hall with armed guards."
Kazuki:Please follow me.
"Kazuki went over to a computer panel and typed a two digit code, the floor in front of Phillip moved showing a set of stairs going down.Kazuki went down the stairs with Phillip following him closely,a bit nervous after seing all that."
Phillip:So what you do down here?
Kazuki:Our work ranges from manufacturing bioweapons to genetic research and other shall we say more contoversial research.
Phillip:Like what?
Kazuki:Like that. "Kazuki pointed to the short, slim grey creature with a big head and creppy black eyes."
Phillip:HOLTY CRAP!WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?!!!?AEERRGH!
Kazuki:Please mister Zellar calm down.
Phillip:Wha-wha-what is that,it looks like one em Roswell aliens?!
Kazuki:You are correct, their DNA was obtained from a certain area named Area 51.
Phillip:B-bu-but how did you make it?
Kazuki:Now now,I`m sure you are not interested in the technical mumbo jumbo. We call them Grays, they have shown extreme resistance to very high levels of radiation and very low temperatures.Too bad we didnt get them before the Exchange.
Phillip:Ummm yeah can we move on,this is freaking me out.
Kazuki:Over here we have our most recent GMO.The boys are really proud of it. "Kazuki hands an image to Phillip"
grz.jpg

Phillip: Damnnit you do gene splicing, biowarfare and numerous other sick ****,you are insane.
Kazuki:Excuse me we are not insane, our biochem corpus is just ethiclly flexible.
Phillip:Take me to Klerikov I've seen enough,I cant take anymore.
Kazuki:As you wish.
"Kazuki escorted Zellar to Klerikov's office"
Klerikov:Zellar nice to see you I hope you enjoyed the tour, now here are the papers you need to sign for the merger.
Phillip:Here,I dont want to have anything else with all of you for the rest of my life.Goodbye. "Phillip exits the office in a hurry and heads straight for the exit of the building."
Klerikov:Which is about 10 minutes, inform the guards to capture him and prepare the pool with sharks with frikkin lazers attached to their heads.I believe every creature deserves a warm meal.

"Phillip already started to run for the exit when he heard a monotone computerlike voice saying:Scanning area. Target acquired. EXTERMINATE.
He quickly turned around and saw a small robot with an integrated quad assault gun firing on him.He tried to run but his legs were filled with lead which made the process of running somewhat painful. The guards quickly came and dragged Phillip away."

Klerikov:Heh the investment in MR project proved useful.
Kazuki:Yes sir, mind if I ask why did you allow him to tour the labs.
Klerikov:It was amusing for me,I watched through the security cameras, his reaction on greys was hilarious. If he only saw the karkians, that would have been a blast.
Kazuki:Yes regarding the karkians, one of them escaped into the canals during transport.
Klerikov:What!?You find it and capture it.ASAP!
Kazuki: Dont worry we have already located it,a pair of unfortunate drunk swimmers helped us greatly. It is being retrieved as we speak.
Klerikov:Good, now leave I have work to do.

The meeting shall be held as soon as possible, considering the international situation.

@Goober!
Was there a vote of no-confidence in SADETO? If yes, who voted how in the election? Thanks!
Also I did buy a territory from USE. What did Netherlands say?

I never did :( I had a quiet little Empire of my own... the fact that if I die then I can take the world with me shouldn't mean that I am a bad guy :p. I never planned to rule the world.... thank Icarus for this polarisation of my alliance..... not good this whole thing.... *drinks more*

In a Hurry Russian Diplomats Travel to Belgrade

vert.belgrade.grxbank.jpg

Following the German offensive into Eastern Europe and the violation of the German-Russian agreement from 2 years ago the Diplomatic Corps in Moscow has been on its feet. Missions were sent to a number of countries, but the first sucessful one was to Yugoslavia where Mr. Kozyrev met with the top Yugoslav officials.

After a short period of negotiations, and only days after the German invasion of Eastern Europe the two countries releaded a joint statement of cooperation. They pledged renewed cooperation in the world affairs, to work together against extremism and agression, and most importantly of all to provide military aid to one another in the fase of a possible war.

Analysts believe this to be just the first step in a series of actions taken by the Russian government as a responce to the German invasion of friendly countries. While the Russian government has not officially commented on the German invasion it is obvious that the relations have been tense and that the loss of two vital friendly regimes in Eastern Europe will not be taken lightly in the Kremlin.

Statement from Yugoslavian MVP(Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova)

Yugoslavia and the Russian Federation have signed a Mutual Protection Pact to better defend each other from foreign threats in whatever form they may be.

RUSSIA AND GERMANY COME TO AN AGREEMENT

peter_struck261.jpg

Chancellor Droeger after Negociations

JAN. 9th, 1895 - GERMAN AND RUSSIAN dignitaries have come
to an agreement pertaining to Germany's recent and unprovocaked occupation of Poland.

Through heated, albiet short negociations, the governments of Berlin and Moscow have come to an agreement. Exact details have not been released, but it is obvious that both sides have made several concessions and in the end, have come to an agreement with each other for the sake of peace.

The only details to come out so far is that the German Chancellory, OHL, and SKL have pledged to cease any moves of aggression within Eastern Europe - what exactly the Russians have pledged is not known. However it is known that both governments are, on the whole, pleased with the results of their negociations.

German troops have already begun an evacuation of Poland, most diverting into former Czech and habsburg lands.

Brazilian President asked to speak in front of the General Assembly as head of SADETO for one last time. With him he carried three things. A carbon version of Sm-63 (famous, but now old Brazilian Rifle) a Standard 10th grade history book (with a section on law) and his speech. He stood up at the podium, looked at the hall – from left to right and back. Then he began to speak.

“My fellow South Americans. We are all members of one larger nation. Decades of Brazilian leadership brought about years of prosperity, peace and stability never known on our continent. We have come from the rule of a gun” - he raised the carbon gun - “to the rule of law.” - he raised the book – “It is difficult for me to speak at this crucial moment and it will yet be harder to do what must be done. But I will do what I must.

Let me take you 30 years back. We had poverty, we had corruption. Political division was sweeping the countries much like today. However then political parties acted with a gun, rather than with books and leaflets. Brazil came to power in SADETO promising to get rid of political divisions, poverty and to bring peace to South America. It was a long and difficult task, but we find that it is complete. We have minimum poverty, standardized education that is one of the best in the world. Our economies are functioning as one unit, our transport systems are united and one of the best considering the size of SADETO. We have colonies in space and on the sea bed. Our armies are small and yet efficient and technologically advanced. SADETO continues to lead in a number of important projects – important not only for South America, but for Mankind. With Brazilian leadership, SADETO ensured that enemy missiles are pointed elsewhere, that SADETO is never the target of hostile forces. SADETO is a peaceful alliance, known for its neutrality and peacekeeping voice worldwide. Through Brazil SADETO exercises enormous influence on the outside world – a world full of dangers that we eradicated. Brazil feels that we had done a lot in the years when she was in power.

We had done a lot more than we promised. For 20 years, and you know this, Brazil was heading the project aimed at uniting the peoples of South America. One proof of that is the one language that we speak today. The other is the younger generation that has grown into being “South Americans” rather than Brazilians or Argentineans. This change cannot be reversed.

We are deeply saddened by the changes that took place recently. We enjoyed a great period of wealth on our continent. It is ironic that this alliance fell due to political intrigues of the inside political forces. This will not happen in the future.

Argentina has done very few things for the alliance, except its creation. All that we got from Argentina these years was an undercover war against our leadership and technology-share barriers. We are grateful for SADETO founding, but at this time a more serious action is needed. Talk is no good here. Changes came before we could react to them, but now the alliance must realize that it should not wait for the right time to make the necessary changes. They must be done now. Withdrawal of Chile and troubles in Columbia are two examples of this new “misguided” course.

We gave you an overview of our work of the alliance all these years. We felt that with the “new wave” of reforms that Brazil was planning we could hope to gain some trust from you to deal with the Alliance problems. We were wrong and we were shocked. Now we must say the following.

SADETO is now disbanded! Some members of this alliance struck us from within., Otherwise how could Brazil have vote of no confidence? In such a short time? Have we not done enough?

SADETO was a product of the "alliance age" in international politics. This age and the Cold War between SADETO and CU is now over. CU is long gone and now is the turn of SADETO as a "dinosaur" of that age.

Voting Brazil off the Leaders position did the Alliance wrong. Brazil holds all the keys to international diplomacy, all space research, all secret military programs. Removing Brazil from power meant creating a shock that will rip the whole system. What good is that change of power? If instability is the goal – then it was achieved.

Having said this we must warn all the nations. Our economies are too tightly linked; our education and all other systems are almost identical. We are one nation that is not yet united. Further attempts to conduct an undercover war, breaking the alliance, will no longer be tolerated. Brazil now leaves this podium. The Alliance Leader has disbanded SADETO as it is. Those nations that still have faith in us can rejoin Brazil in South American Union – a new official form of SADETO that will now take its legacy. South American Union privatizes all the SADETO special research and it’s military. It is under Brazilian control at large anyway. For good or for bad Brazil is now SAU, together with all nations that join it. We are one nation and we are on the road to be united. We ask that any nation that feels it is ready to become one with South American Union to come forward. We wish a happy day to the rest! Farewell!"

Brazilian President picked up the carbon gun and left the podium. The book was left on it.
“You left the book sire” said one of Brazilian secretaries to the President.
“That is our legacy. I wish to leave it there. I’ve got all I need” - he left the Assembly Hall….

A Tense Few Days in Berlin

Official and Unofficial Russian leaders flocked to Berlin over the last few weeks. Among them the current foreign minister Mr. Kozyrev, the former foreign minister Mr. Lavrov, and the foremer prime minister Mr. Putin. The short negotiations with the German side appeared to end in a deadlock every time as both sides struggled to achieve what they had hoped for.

Finally, after consessions from both sides an agreement was reached. Mr. Kozyrev refused to go into details but he assured that Russia and Germany will return to normal relations and that his mission to Berlin was sucessful. Putin and Lavrov, who have been seen as the main negotiators, announced that the decision reached at Berlin was in accordance with Russian foreign policy and would not harm Russia in any way.

Soon after the decision was made German troops begun to pull out of Poland and Russian special devisions were replacing them. Mr. Putin arrived in Warsaw with the first of them and announced that within the next few months sovereignty will be returned to Poland and elections will be held.

Hiya Gelion, good to see you back. Colombia, Venezuela, Paraguay, Bolivia voted to remove you as leader of SADETO, Peru, Ecuador, and Uruguay voted against it. You couldn't vote because it was about your leadership.

Choosing Argentina was a compromise. It was deadlocked in the SADETO Chambers as a result, and Argentina is, well, kinda center politically, and has never been a left-wing lunatic, while not being a Fascist. Argentina is more of a fill-in candidate while SADETO tries to chose a new Leader.

Take a wild stab at what kind of new Government will be elected in Poland . . . look right . . . VERY right . . .

Oh, and Gelion, you didn't buy Suriname or French Guiana because Suriname became colony of USE when Benelux joined the USE, and French Guiana, well, the USE Parliament voted against the Bill to allow French Guiana to be sold. Josef forgot to consult Parliament, you see.

Thanks for the reply :). I already disbanded the alliance.... and I hope to find a new way of dealing with things....
What does Uruguay, Peru and Equador say about merging into SAU?

What do Colombia, Venezuela, Paraguay and Bolivia say?

*shakes head* tsk tsk tsk, kinda mad that u lost cuz no one liked u? :p

Not mad.... you know its as if you lost all Central China to an "Elected commitie" of some sort.... a bit upsetting don't you find?

OOC:      ahem excuse me, but the difference is that the rest of South America was not part of Brazil :p while Central China IS part of China. and if that did happen, it would probably be good for China. no more of the poor people in the country ;)

OOC: Could be, but I was just expressing the gravity of the loss. We value every single individual by the way :p.

You forget, Gelion, that, while you were the Leader of SADETO, it was NOT a nation. It was composed of nations whom were fairly deeply fractured, politically. You were quite a right-wing state whom was quite heavy handed in demanding taht they give you money for secret projects. They hope that Argentina will turn that around.

Nobody will join the SAU, except for Chila, at this time. Of course, Chile is, well . . . Hitlersque?

and plus, they should now demand that Brazil hand over all the secret project results. :p

Alex if you have questions - ask.

Goober I am perfectly aware that SADETO was not a nation. I was aware of that all the time and did not make much fuss when my projects were not funded 100% or even 10%. Now I want to change that around and create a nation out of SADETO.
You say only Chilie will agree?
Didn't my reforms over the past 20+ years mean nothing? All the attempts on creating one language, one education, transoprtn, industries, system of values, standarts, similiar political structure and culture mean nothing?
