Statement by the Russian President conserning the military operations in the UIS
My fellow Russians and citizens of the World,
I congratulate you on having achieved the goal we have set before ourselves. The dangerous organization that has killed thousands of Russian civilians in a nuclear attack has been disbanded and the War has been won.
We must however realize that the threat of terrorism and Russophobia is not over. While there is no direct threat, no overt danger hanging over our beloved Motherland it still exists. There are groups in this world who seek to destroy the Great Country that we have forged over the last decades. There are those jelous of our Power, and there are those who envy our Freedoms. And there are those who hate us enough to committ violence.
I assure you that in the future we will respond the same way as we have recently to any attacks against Russia. We will not negotiate with terrorists and we will destroy them and we will prevail, no matter what the cost. And through these hard times we will come and we will grow stronger and more united as a country, and we will bring a brigter and safer future to the whole World.

The Russian Federation is glad that the Occupation of Poland has been brought to an end and is willing to negotiate with the new Polish government conserning a number of matter such as future defence of Poland, Polish membership in the MCO free trade agreements and possible Polish membership in the Entente.

The Russian Federation is conserned with the USE's agression against other sovereign states in the World. While we welcome the removal of an opressive Communist regime we express our hope that democratic elections will be held in the country and the USE will abide by the wishes of the general population.

The Russian MID is doing everything possible to resolve the conflict without further bloodshed. We urge all participants to refrain from escalating the conflict and for now Russian troops stationed in Indonesia will remain neutral, however the Russian Federation will protect its interests in Indonesia if we feel they are being violated by any nation.

As for Indonesia, the USE and the world would much prefer to see Russia destroy its puppet regime and hold free election in Indonesia, and I encourage all other nations to press Russia to do just that.

Indonesia is not a puppet regime of Russia, if it were it would not have invaded anyone. We could try to press Indonesia to hold free elections, but with the current government in place it is unlikely to work and will most likely just cause a downfall in Russian-Indonesian relations, which is undesirable.

Indonesians have long been held in a state of colonial bondage by the Netherlands and others, now we are finally free, and are freeing those who still have colonies in our lands. Timor was always an integral part of Indonesia, it is so again. If the CU and USE want it back, then you shall have to pry it from our cold, dead hands. Indonesians shall never give it up.
Regarding Democracy, Indonesians are satisfied with the current system, and by Beloved Leader Suharto. Suharto is governing Indonesia with the willing consent of Indonesians. He does not need elections to prove this, as he is beyond the petty bureaucracy of a Democracy.

Israel tells us that Russia has threatened to blockade Israel unless it pays up the money in wasted ICBM's that were shot down by its international missile shield. The USE will not stand for such blatant bullying by the Russians, and stands behind Israel 100% in the issue. If they wish to blockade Israel, then they will have to blockade the USE as well.

Ever since the joint Israeli-Filipino ICBM Shield shot down around 2,000 of Russia's estimated 5,000 ICBMs, Russia has been unrelentenly demanding compensation for theser missiles, plus interest. Israel has repeatedly told Russia that Russia did not adequately inform Israel or the Philippines that it was planning this assault, and therefore these missiles might have been targeted at Israel or the Philippines. We legitimately defended ourselves from what might have been constitued as a threat, and now Russia is trying to blockade us to force us to pay, blackmailing us. Israel will not stand for this, and calls on all nations of the world to stand by Israel, and aid us if Russia goes through with its plan. Israel did nothing more then defend itself from perceived agression, and now it is being targetted. The USA and USE has come to our aid, we ask for more nations to defend us against unprovoked Russian Agression.

Furthermore, only a number of the 2,000 missiles shot down were targeted even remotely close to Israel since Israel occupies such a small land area, and the rest were targeted much further in the UIS. Israel has decided to shoot down any missile, aparantly without calculating its trajectory first, has caused billions of rubles in damages, and has caused increased casualties in the Russian Army and now refuses to apologise or reimburse Russia for the damage caused.
Since there is no possible way 2,000 ICBMs could have been targeting Israel, the land area is simply too small, and they were nowhere close to the Philippines, and in addition to that it only takes minutes to calculate the trajectory of a missile in space, the Russian Federation, due to Israel's forceful refusal to reimburse Russia for the damages, believes that the actions of Israel were most likely motivated by a desire to defend the UIS, and not Israel. While we are willing to give Israel the benefit of the doubt, we will launch an investigation, and should Israel continue to refuse to pay for the damages will have no other choice but to consider the actions as aimed specifically against the Russian War Effort and will act accordingly.

Futhermore, Israel had been hoping for, and working towards, peace between Russia and the UIS, not in the forefront, but behind the scenes. Israel never wanted to see Russia do anything against the UIS, for that is bad for international stability. Israel did not shoot down those missiles to save the UIS, Israel did so mostly because Israel was concerned that Israel might be under attack by Russia. Israel is conducting a review of its joint ICBM Defense though.

Also what do you say to adopting a common currency this turn? We both use the rupee however there is the Indian rupee and the Pakistani rupee. What I propose is that we create a common currency known as the Sub-Continental rupee showing a picture of the subcontinent. What do you say?
Also let us ease travel restrications and make it easier for our citizens to travel to our respective countries.
