Where's Fidel?![]()
Last time I checked he was in Cuba.

As Cuba is in Bernieland, I'd advise issuing a diplomatic notice to it's supreme leader, bernie14, to have a quicker meeting with Fidel.

I'm sorry that I've faced a problem.
I install the latest VD with MEE+blood effect. Also I'm running BUG+Blue marble+Better AI. But when I start a game, and click the "Exit to Mainmenu" Button, the whole BTS program crashes, and has to be closed by windows. What shoud I do?

@Mr.Metis: thanks! Spec. forces cannot attack? I need to check this.
Oops, sorry, I was being a nub. I was trying to attack cities with my special forces, but apparently you can only attack units out in the open. Its not big deal, but maybe putting something in the civilopedia about it not being able to attack cities would set noobs like me straight.
It would be cool though if they could attack cities, I could have my very own bay of pigs!
Oh yeah, I don't know if this is intentional or not, but my special forces can capture enemy workers when loaded into a helicopter. They do not have to unload, the helicopter merely has to fly through the same tile as the worker.
That's because the helicopter isn't an air unit, technically speaking.
I know, but this isn't when I'm at war with them, the transport helicopters can capture units simply by flying over them (so long as a spec forces is loaded) during peace time with open boarders. This is a little silly because the spec forces doesn't have to unload, and because of open boarders you can travel a good thirty tiles and capture half a civs workers. So as you can imagine this can kind of unbalance things when a single spec forces loaded into a heli can do that much damage in a single turn.

Are the spec forces in this mod set to be able to attack without declaring war?
