I don't think you gave away much of anything in clues. I just happen to associate "related to healthcare" with dentistry since that's not covered by normal insurance. And then there's the fact that I've watched Dr Strangelove about a hundred times.

When you look at it, France is the only big country in the world (with Russia) that doesn't have it...
