Incidentally, I think that map is a bit out of date; Ukraine, Italy, and maybe a few others have temples planned/under construction, but as of this past October so does Portugal.

So what are the key crops of the Ukraine?

Mainly wheat, although North Africa produces way more wheat than is shown on the map.

It can't be wine, because California is underrepresented, so I'm guessing either lavender or sunflower production, based on the French representation.

Yeah, probably a less popular crop to begin with, due to the few concentrations. Say, something like sunflowers, concentrated in Manitoba but still a relatively small cropcompared to, say, wheat.
