Guess the Map II: witty sequel titles failed me

Countries that don't use 1337 speak?

Does it have something to do with Cyrillic?

Countries in which sign language is recognized (or is due to be recognized) as an official national language?

If it's something these countries share in a foreign language (say, they all have X in Portuguese) I'm going to object to the map based on this being an English forum.

Countries with a language that starts with the letter R, S, backwards P, or 汉.

Is it a feature in spoken language / phonetics? Is it native populations in Australia / New Zealand? I just don't see how it could be related to language and not have the UK if it has Australia. There's no massive vowel shift between the two.

And then on what basis are we doing countries? Is it just having a language within the country that does/has X, or does it need to be the majority language? New Guinea has like a thousand languages, which one / ones count towards the red colouring?

One of the languages of that country has no capital letters?

What on earth is in written language in Liechtenstein but not Switzerland...? I don't think there's really any difference between the two countries' version of Alemannic...

Is it use of commas?
