Is it a feature in spoken language / phonetics? Is it native populations in Australia / New Zealand? I just don't see how it could be related to language and not have the UK if it has Australia. There's no massive vowel shift between the two.

And then on what basis are we doing countries? Is it just having a language within the country that does/has X, or does it need to be the majority language? New Guinea has like a thousand languages, which one / ones count towards the red colouring?
