[CORRECTION] There is no Bulgaria and Albania on the map, but Romania and Montenegro.
It is too hard to guess...and there are no tips.
But I will give out some 'some Carribbean Island Nation' names out:
Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Barbados
