Guess the Map V: A Map is Worth a Thousand Words

Spend an hour drawing states in and it's guessed in 15. I knew better than to do that.

Anyway, yes, seat belt laws.

Blue = everyone
Yellow = front seats only
Red = eh, whatever, there's a windshield to stop you

It wasn't the US states that gave it away, it was your clarification and the getting warmer on the bike helmets. :p

Anyway, I'll open floor. ;)

Seatbelts in cars? Blue means they must be compulsory for all passengers. Red means minors have to wear them and Yellow is that Adults don't have to wear seatbelts. Oh well I was too late looking up that info via Wikipedia.

Instead of getting into the details about children, when special child seats must be used, height restrictions (which would create about 40 different categories in the US alone), I just did the map based on adults.

So blue is all adult passengers. Yellow is all passengers in the front seat. Red is no law.

Here is the next map!

Um, next time, don't put what the map is about in the name of the file.
