Thanks for the mod! Has it been tested much? Have you noticed the AI are any more likely to build districts with this mod on?
 
Will give it a try - should be fun!
 
I've been thinking about this mod before trying it. I guess I will need another mod to increase the cost of science and civics. Perhaps science 35% and civics 15%, so we avoid being Communists in the Info age by 1000AD!
 
Early days into a new game, and the AI seem to just churn out warriors. slingers and war-carts. A few have already declared war on City States and each other.
I'm at war with Russia and as soon as I kill a war-cart unit, a replacement pops out next turn - just about holding them back with 6 crossbows. 6 swordsmen and 3 knights.
Makes it more challenging early game.for wide players.
