Hard to spell words

consciousness
thoroughness
subsidization
pusillanimous
symphysis

flavor, flower, flour, floor
die(vb), die(noun), dye, dying, dyeing, or how painting is a deadly game of chance ;)

terrority
I know that aint right, prounoncing words is also annoying like Assyria, i've been saying that wrong my entire life (well since I took an interest in history) and even after I learnt I was wrong i cant say it any other way.

In school we struggled hard with the word 'vegetable'. Pronunciation was very difficult due to all the saliva.

I never figure out how to spell “sucsess” correctly.
The red lines word draws under every misspelling makes it easy to detect the error, but unlike most other words I am unable to correct this word by my self.

Ah, I knew I would spell it wrong this time too. The correct spelling must be sucses.

Oops, wrong again, maybe it is sussess.

No wait, it must be succecs.

Dam it!
I give up.
Double the "c", double the "s", and you have success. An old rhyme my first grade teacher taught me.

Four times out of five when I type "the" it comes out as "teh" and I have to go back and correct it. Annoying.

I'm glad you correct yourself (though you should just teach yourself to type it correctly, so it becomes spontaneous), because I like to use 'teh', in order to:
m0ck teh l33tspe4kers.

Can't really do that without the 'teh', eh?

Well, at least you don't speak in CAPITAL LETTERS, NOR DO U USE WORDZ LIKE WTH D00D, or jargon like this: "if (!(b1tch=fork())) { ...you are here... }" :)

I think I'm just plain too old for that.
I can't even read that.

You may be too old for that Mathilda, but you are certainly not plain.

I also mistype 'the' all the bloody time. More than 50% of the time. I hope that as the typed word gains more of a hold then they will just change the spelling of 'the' to 'teh' (but we'd still pronounce it the same of course).

Repetitive is hard to spell and type.

i before e cept after c, cept in science.

Aquaeous... is that spellt (sp) right? ;)

I usually type an "n" at the end of such words as ratio, simply because my fingers are used to words ending in -tion.
