hd-out on a vid card?

Hey guys,

I just bought a couple 1080p LCD tvs and was wondering what sort of video card I'd need to get if I wanted to pipe out streaming HD content from my computer to one of these babies.

They do not have dvi or vga input, so I'm thinking of some sort of a video card with hd component out, but.. does something like that even exist?

Yes, it does exist, the s-video looking port on any new video card (I see a video-card with HD out available for $16, so pick your price point) should include an adaptor with the card to go to component.

Does your TV have multiple HDMI inputs? If so, you could grab a DVI -> HDMI adaptor, electrically, they're the same connection, DVI just doesn't carry sound.
