As for audio quality and volume I cant help because im not the author of these audio files and If ill try to replace them with synthetic voice then will be drama again

If the existing audio is clearly bad then you have my support in replacing it with synthetic voice. Just ignore the drama.

The quality is OK. just need to increase its volume in the Audio2DScripts.xml then.

WE need a C++ person badly, to take the load off of TB which is quietly getting burnt out .. He can assist u on the in's and outs of the whole system and how to use, just PM him . .

Hell yes. I would love to work with some good programmers to help uproot some of the problems we've got at the moment that may well be due to my novice programming skills. I've gotten good at getting things done but I can still easily step into some pitfalls I'm completely unaware exist and so yeah, I'm really needing some help in this department and the truly pro guys we've had on the site previously have pulled out.

But I do know a lot about the code now and I know a lot about the vision and intentions of where we have been trying to go here. An ally to get more done would be wonderful!

I'm not 'burnt out' so much as I needed to inject my life with much improved balance. There's other goals that I've been overlooking for far too long that now must share time with modding. I won't give up but my sprint has become a lazy walk which I'm sad to see for the mod community here but its still absolutely necessary. But I won't leave nor abandon y'all. I still feel a lot of responsibility for this mod and I am working things as time allows.

Also IF someone does these quotes, make sure that the "chime/bell" sound if the first thing u hear, thx ..

What program do you use to record? I don't know anything about the recording aspect of this or what format it should be in.

mp3 Version 2 - Bit rate: 64.0 Kbps - Sampling rate: 22.05 KHz - 2Channels (stereo)

You'll probably find a software that works by googleing "mp3 record software/freeware"

A program called MediaInfo can give you details on file format for most audio/video files, so you can check that what you make is indeed version 2 (MPEG-2) and not 2.5 (MPEG-2.5) which won't work in civ.
