The CPN is still expanding today, with the recent gain of the Hawaiian islands west of Nihau.

I can add the nation, but I decde the stats as every one starts on earth with similar stats and would prefer you took one of the ones i have already done (Australia and Brazil are free). Also I advise you to read the rules as you seen to have nisunderstood some of them.
