if you people are even going to try to belame me for raining on your parade, at least go to the trouble of bothering to notfiy me- generally first updates dotn need orders; I didnt expect this one one to be any different, jst an estbalishment uodate, giving a few event tog et us started with.

Ok, I'm trying something new here. This is all of the update I will post in the thread, I have/will send everyone a PM (except Xen, contempt and Lord_Iggy because there is no need to send PMs) with various bit of information regarding the update, if people like this method of update I will continue with it.

, why on earth are the Mongolians disagree? Mongolia is a Communists Dictatorship even worse then China... It's people flee by the hundreds and thousands to neighboring China annually (large for their population) they should be greeting us with open arms!

Same reason why China and USSR hated each other. That and the fact they like to be sovereign.
Love the tabloid space newspaper format. 
It looked so real, the only thing that wpuld've tipped me off if I travelled into the future to read actual future newspapers were the spelling mistakes.

PPS. What the current rate for bonds/national debt?
It looked so real, the only thing that wpuld've tipped me off if I travelled into the future to read actual future newspapers were the spelling mistakes. Great, absolutely marvelous.

8 eco is the cost to upgrade to a metropolis regardless of what is already there.
I haven't decided what the interest rate is but it wont add to surpluses only enlarge debts.
I spellchecked it in word before I put it into paint, if your talking about words like "colonisation" they are spelt correctly, you can spell it with either an s or a z, and as I'm British I spell it with an s.
