Hi, my first post on the board

& I was hoping for some help with using the mapfinder utility, which I've just started using for duel maps, where it runs really quickly & is amazingly useful.
Generated a load of maps last night, chose one in the report tool & transferred it to my save game file, loaded and played, just as I've done previously. No saves, no breaks, no computer problems, just played straight through from 4000 BC to the finish. But after the victory announcement, when it went through the replay of the game, I noticed the messages read "London founded", "Rome founded", "Second session starts", all in 4000 BC, as if I'd played the map twice.
Although I've had no problems with mapfinder before, I'm sure I've done something daft when generating/loading the game. Having said that, I'm confused as to why the 'second session' starts *after* the cities are founded. I'm really not that clumsy and I know I didn't move any units at all while generating maps!
What I'd really like to know is whether it's possible to check for this without playing an entire game only to find out that it will be rejected for HoF. Can you roll through a replay before the end of the game or is there some other way of checking? It was just so depressing to find out it was a duff game after six hours of solid play
It also means that I can run a few test games quickly, just to make sure that it's not a continuous problem.
Many thanks
