Global highlands says I have balanced resources on from settings screen. I tried to start game with balanced or standard didnt affect. Submitted one settler game with it.

1) Mod thinks it wrong
2) Changing it from start doesnt make difference, error in script?
3) Other
4) Im just stupid

Kinda boring, last map type to score QM.

I think either something change on the Global Highlands map game setup with 3.13 or I messed up the index. The check on this end appears to be working.

@All, disregard the warning on Global Highlands about Balanced resources. Just don't use them. We'll catch it when you submit if you do.

When sorting the Tables by Game (vanilla war BTS) Space still shows a column when viewing only BTS tables. If it is a pain to remove i'd move it to the bottom of the table to take away its distraction.

A QM question (for both normal and elite). If I submit a BtS game with an existing leader (say Bismark for example) does the qscore count for QM vanilla+warlords or just QM all expansions?

We are keeping the Vanilla+Warlords Divsion to just those expansion. That is for all aspects. BTS games are only included in the All Expansion Division.

As I really do not have the patience to read through all 1700 posts about the HoF mod I was hoping I could get an answer here..

Is there a thread devoted to the map finder? I am having issues with it.

I have installed the mod.. installed the map finder... opened cIV opened the mod thru advanced and had the game reset.. chose all of my settings.. hit start... looked at that game.. and then hit Alt-M and.... nothing happens.. I'm sure I missed something but cannot tell what.. can you guys help me here or forward me to the right spot?

Did you turn on (checked) the Map Finder option on the Game Options tab? All the HOF Mod features are off (unchecked) by default. I think it is on the HOF3 tab.

BTW, welcome to Civ4.

Oh, and you need to set the Mapfinder file/paths in the Game Options to point to where you installed the Map Finder utility. The easiest way is to start the Map Finder utility and it will ask to do it for you.

I don't think it's addressed in the rules, since it isn't a python/xml script, right?

the answer is:
no, but...
You cannot use Bhruic's patch and you have to use the HOF-Mod - which includes most of Bhruic's fixes

Thanks for the quick reply and warm welcome! I didn't realize that the mod incorporated the fixes, which is great news. Some of the bugs it fixes are really annoying, and it would be sad to have to play with them.
