I like steak meduim-well, how 'bout you?

You know I've never understood people who like steak blue, eating something bright red and bleeding doesn't sound too apetizing, besides, you could get worms. Well at least it saves time, I've heard a blue steak takes one minute to cook once you heat up the pan.
 
i'm straight down the middle- medium. i don't like to think of an animal dying for me to eat, let alone seeing its blood oozing out of the meat. then again i don't want to get worms, so i have it medium. :)
 
Bloody but hot and safe to eat.

At most of the low-class dives I eat at, that translates to "medium-rare". :)
 
Rare, but seared on the outside. It's only by chance that I found out that I prefered steak that way. Both my parents and nearly everyone else in the local area goes for it well done. A well done steak is a waste of good meat.

slightly burnt on both sides.
when i cut it i want to hear "squish, squish" from the bloodspurts.

if its an inch thick.... yummy!

i think that people that eat thier steaks welldone should have thier parenting license taken away!
is that a way to teach your children proper values?

rare - anything else and you might as well be eating a hamburger

Turning it from a waste of meat into a waste of meat that is hazardous to your health.

I imagine that should be some sort of crime. :D
 
medium-well is how i typically order it but medium is acceptable. anything less and all the blood makes me think i'm performing an animal sacrafice anything more and i might as well eat a hockey puck.
 
I like it rare but since here restaurants are wusses that are scared of the possible lawsuits that could be brought on them by customers that got a bit sick, along with "blood and living things are bad, let's sterilize all that crap and deep-fry it in oil to make sure" sanitary laws, I must settle for medium-rare.
