How Many Computers In Your House?

How many computers do you have in your house? That includes laptops and PCs. I'm just wondering, another random poll.

I have four - my current PC I use all the time, my current laptop I use all the time, an old laptop we occaisonally use, and a VERY old PC we haven't used since aruond '95 or so.

EDIT: The lol on "None!" isn't meant to insult, I just find it funny that someone on a computer game forum posting on the web doesn't have a computer.

1. Current desktop, 541 Mhz, 512 MB ram, 128 MB video.

2. Furture desktop. I have about half the parts lying on a table in the basement. It should by all ready to go in about a month.

3. Laptop- 1.6 Ghz, 256 MB ram, 16 MB video.

4. Old laptop- 133 Mhz.

I don't use the following anymore.

5. REAL old laptop, weighs about 10 kg and has no HDD not used anymore.

6. Old desktop, 25 Mhz 386 collection dust.

7. Commodore something, turned it on once.

Edit: Oh yeah, a C64 and an Amiga 500 too.

Hmm. . . how many at home, or how many at home working? I have an old Celeron 400mhz that is collecting dust in a closet.

My main system is an 850mhz Athalon, 128mb ram (Down from 192, I burned a dimm out )

My dad's old laptop, an IBM Thinkpad something or other. 300mhz MMX job. My kids play games on it, and I use it occasionally for the office suite on it. My main system does run OpenOffice. . .so I rarely use the laptop.

Now, at work, I have at this very moment, EIGHT pcs on my desk. Four desktops, four laptops. One of the laptops is up and running seti@home, two desktops I use for my 'primary workstations' and the rest are in various places, being rebuilt.

That makes 6, up and running most of the time.

- Could also count the computer my wife has at work, that is ours. And the miscelaneous parts that are just waiting for a case and new HDD for a total of 6. I only voted 4 though.

Well let's see, working in the computer field for several years has led me to certain "opportunities" to acquire computers. I have WELL over 10 if you want to count older systems that aren't set up. As for a working lab I have 4 in my home office(1 for net, 2 for work, 1 as dedicated printer server), 1 for my wife, 2 laptops(1 gaming, 1 work issues), and 6 that I officially own, which have been donated for my den for work lan parties that we hold at my house(well, not since getting married :mischief).

I have a closet full of older(600- Mhz.) machines that are unused that I'm not giving away to munzy
