How to Add Resources and Units to C3 for Mac?

PtW that is Play the world isn't it?
Because I saw that in the text folder of civ III v 1.21g there is a file that says Play the World. Any idea what that one controls?

I expect it's just a left-over from the conversion of the PC version. As cybie says, Play the World has no relevance to CivIII for Mac. It was never ported to the Mac.
