Yes, friends,it is possible. Before you litter me with your silly logic and resasoning, hear my argument.

Let's say I want to go to homeyg's house. He lives uphill from me (not in real life per se, but for argument's sake), as I do from him. But we are starting at my house. So, I go out my door, walk up the road to the top of the hill, and go in his front door.
Direction 1 completed. Uphill? Check.
Then, I remember I left the iron plugged in, so I hurry back home. I go out homeyg's basement door, which is obviously lower than his front door, if it wasn't, then I'd be going out the second story balcony, and that would be less than fun. I speak from experience.
Anyhow, as long as homeyg's basement is at a lower altitude than my front door, I must go uphill to get home. Thus I walk briskly, seeing as I left the iron plugged in, and arrive at my front door.
Direction 2 completed. Uphill? Check!
Thus, from all supplied information, we can sucessfully conclude that, as long as the embarkation point of Direction 2 is lower than the embarkation point of Direction 1, and the destination point of Direction 1 is somehow related directly to the building and/or military bunker that also houses the embarkation point of Direction 2, and that the embarkation point of Direction 1 is at an altitude that is both below the destination point of Direction 1 and above the embarkation point of Direction 2, that, upon arriving at the destination point of Direction 2, i.e. my house, that uphill travel has been sucessfully sustained via both times of treavel.
Splash two, Mustang, remaining MiGs are buggin out and goin home!

Mustang, this is Ghostrider, requesting a flyby.

A better scenario would be an apartment complex, with one door above the level of your house, and a second door on a lower level, as if the ground was uneven.

Meth lab. ;)

In which case, say good bye to your friend, because he will soon be part of the air you breathe.

I don't understand why you'd want to go uphill anyway.

Exercise is good.

Because when I was your age, I used to walk to school with no shoes on in the winter snowstorms - walking uphill both ways.
